DONT GET YOUR CAR FROM HERE! IF YOU DO MAKE SURE TOU CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! I got my car in June, had to come back because my breaks were going bad . I took it back to get it check out and they supposedly fixed it. Now 2 months later, my breaks are bad again and one of the guys told me that breaks wear and tear, my response was "within 2months?" He said yes, that should of been common sense.....?.....So I told him ok and I left. I went to a car shop afterwards to have someone else put it on because of how mad I was with the way the man was talking to me. When the guy gets to trying to put my break pads on, he told me "Maam , your breaks were never fixed. These breaks have been on here for a while and your lucky you were even stopping." Also, another part on the car was broken so bad that it was pushed out of place, and yes, I had to replace that too. I called to tell them that they lied to me and could of had me in a wreck and he told me "We have no record of you even coming." How when you scheduled me an appointment. Schemers!!! My point to this is not that they didnt give me service, its the fact that they lied telling me my breaks were fixed and then the next my breaks are broke and more. My child and I could have been in a wreck messing with them. NEVER EVER WILL THEY HAVE SERVE FROM ME AGAIN!!!

I bought a car from them a couple months ago because i needed transportation to get to and from work and my kids to school...during the time i got the car me and my kids became homeless and had to stay in a hotel..they seemed like they understood. I ended up getting my own place and stress caused me to miscarriage...i missed alot of work and asked for more time on my car they said yess..I was a month behind and they came and got my car after they lied to me and said they understood and would give me time...they are scam artists and i wouldnt advise anyone to go their. They only want your money and thats it. If i could give them 0 stars i would...worst experience and money wasted in my life ...its sad black people treat other blacks bad

I HAVE A CASE GOING WITH THE BBB ON THEM I WAS 12 DAYS LATE ON A PAYMENT AND THEY REPOSSED MY CAR // WHEN I FIRST PURCHASED THE VEHICLE I WAS W/0 IT FOR A MONTH WHILE THEY DID REPAIRS THEY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXING THE COMPRESSOR AND THE AIR BUT A WHOLE MONTH THE CAR WAS IN THEIR POSSEION PAYMENTS WERE ON TIME AND IT WAS NEVER FIXED WHEN I GOT IT BACK // I WAS W/O AIR THE WHOLE SUMMER AND IT WAS PROMISED MY THEM THEYLL FIX IT VERY POLITE PEOPLE BUT NOT RELIABLE AT ALL SO IF UR LISTENING TO THE ADVERSTING ON RADIO IS VERY FALSE DONT FALL U WOULD DO BETTER GETTING IT FROM A PLACE WITH GOOD REVIEWS

Now the customer service was excellent but as far as buying a car, NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! They sold me a car that had already been in a wreck!! The car shakes while Im driving, when you buy a new car they suppose to make sure you have new tires, 2 of my tires are damn near about to bust!! The car had 2 dents on EACH side & the front part of the car is sticking out so I know for a fact that it was in an accident!! The car is in HORRIBLE shape & they tricked me into buying the car... you will NOT get your money back so DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT 2ND CHANCE AUTO SALES IN MONTGOMERY ALABAMA!!!!!!!!

I would like to say that I had a great experience with 2nd Chance Tonya was my Sales person she is awesome I would recommend that if you are in need of a new car you come see Tonya! I came in a few days after purchasing my new car with a few problems and Shuan made sure that all of my concerns were taken care of that day she doesnt know how much that meant to me her simple act of kindness really left me feeling reassured that I made the right decision in choosing 2nd Chance for my new Car!!!!!

Everybody on these reviews who wrote good reviews must either be employed here or a family member/friend of an employee here, because I have NEVER in my life heard WORSE things than I have about this place. Accepting EBT? Are you joking. If you wanna buy a lemon then go here. If you want a GREAT reliable car then go elsewhere. I would rather by a power wheels from Walmart then buy a vehicle here. Unfortunately, Alabama does not have a LEMON LAW. They are lucky for that much.

excellent i actually came in 2 weeks ago an bought a 2013 chevy sonic ms Tonya was my sells person. i love her to death . but anyway i came back today because i needed something a little bit roomy. i sat down wit chase an the owner tony. an he had no problem giving me something bigger. second chance is the best place to come to when you need or looking for a reliable car an or suv. so you guys come out take look make sure you ask for TONYA AND CHASE THEY THE BEST

Went to look at a BMW it started smoking horribly. They also have a policy that if ur car is repossessed u must pay it off in order to get it back. That is ridiculous, my cousin bought a car from here hers was repossessed she didnt have the full amount for the pay off so they kept her car and are now also garnishing her paychecks for the remaining balance. So yes they took the car and are still making her pay for a car that they have probably sold again. RUN!!!!

I will never go back to this "dealer" ever again.. I sat there for 3 hours for some smug smart mouth little blonde told me i had to first give up 500 dollars then come back with a 1000 dollars for a car that might break down on me next week... She then kept yelling rude and sarcastic remarks as I told them how i was unhappy with the service and how i will never return to their "business".. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! They will rip you off!..

I brought a 03 mustang and motor and radiator went out a week later and they didnt wanna give me my down payment back or nothing plus thereally false advertising on there car and charging to much waste of time and money cars come with no warranty so they want u to pay for a warranty worst place to buy car I recommend no one goes there they just want your money...
